Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
AQI suggests you use our pre-shipment inspection service. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is also known as final random inspection (FRI). It happens when the order is 100% completed, packed and ready to ship.
AQI will send our experienced inspectors to make the on-site inspection for you.
To obtain a proper representation of your order, AQI uses ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003 (equivalent to MIL-STD-105e) sampling techniques (or other sampling technique required by you)
AQI¡¯s qualified inspectors will personally go to the factory to represent your co***ny¡¯s interests by inspecting:
contract quantities
the packing way and related labels
the storage way of your products
workmanship appearance
function, size and measurement
reliability and safety tests
related shipping files
other specified requirements from you
Container loading supervision (CLS)
CLS happens in the manufacturer's warehouse or the forwarder's premises.
We will check the loading of the correct products and its quantity are supervised during the supervision and the correct packaging and the quality of the goods are inspected.
Our inspectors will personally go to the factory to represent your co***ny¡¯s interests by:
1) Recording loading conditions (weather, arrival time of containers, container number, truck number etc¡)
2) Inspecting packaging (inside and out) for physical damage and peculiar smells
3) Inspecting the quantity of goods loaded
4) Performing a random quality ¡°spot-check¡± to the goods
5) Supervising the whole loading process
6) Recording the seal number of containers
Social accountability audit (COC audit)
To make sure that you choose the best and the right suppliers, we will go to the factory to represent your interest
